Media Coordinator:
(Conversational Spanish
recommended) Must have working knowledge of video production, web design, and desktop publishing. Primary role involves creating promotional material both locally and Stateside in the form of video, web, and/or print. Additional
roles include working with classes to create products that work in conjunction with student expeditions. Creativity and the ability to work without direct supervision are a must. Skills in photography are also beneficial to the job.
■ Communications Director:
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills. Responsible for the creation and/or revision of all written material released by the school including but not limited to printed promotional material, website content and newsletters. Job involves working with the Media Director to create promotional materials for stateside supporters. Creativity and the ability to work without direct supervision are a must. Experience in non-profit work is beneficial but not required.

Expedition Coordinator:
Must have strong leadership
skills with both adults and
students. Wilderness First
Responder certification
required, excellent backcountry
skills, will be expected to
communicate verbally in Spanish.
Will be responsible for
organizing and leading field
experience trips off campus with
students (includes planning
budget, meals, transportation,
agenda, and coordinating with
local experts).

Elementary Principal:
Must have a master's degree in
education/education
administration or equivalent
school administration
experience. Must be fluent in
both Spanish and English. Will
be responsible for supervision
and oversight of all elementary
grades (Kinder - 5th). Roles
include but are not limited to:
student discipline, parent
conferencing, report card and
transcript revision, classroom
observation, personnel
management, scheduling,
coordinating substitutes,
instructional guidance, ensuring
compliance with local
educational regulations and
policies, bi-lingual public
speaking, and assistance with
new student orientation,
evaluation, and registration.
Requires organization and the
ability to multi-task. Will work
closely with Secondary Principal
to ensure consistency across all
grades, see below.

Secondary Principal: Must
have a master's degree in
education/education
administration or equivalent
school administration
experience. Must be fluent in
both Spanish and English. Will
be responsible for supervision
and oversight of all secondary
grades (6th - 12th). Roles
include but are not limited to:
student discipline, parent
conferencing, report card and
transcript revision, classroom
observation, personnel
management, scheduling,
coordinating substitutes,
instructional guidance, ensuring
compliance with local
educational regulations and
policies, bi-lingual public
speaking, and assistance with
