■    LODGING. Teams stay in family style cabins within walking distance of school.
■    MEALS. All meals from arrival time until final departure from Jarabacoa are included.
■    TRANSPORTATION. Destinations outside of walking distance will be in 15 passenger taxis. All transport from initial airport pickup in Santiago until final departure from Jarabacoa is included. There is an additional charge of $21/person for teams that choose to fly into or out of an airport other than Santiago.
■    LEARNING MATERIALS. All supplies necessary for classes and cultural enrichment are included.
■    TEAM GIFT. Each team will make a final product to help share their experience with their community back home.

Teams departing in the afternoon will be charged a ½ day per diem for their final day in Jarabacoa.

Any remaining funds go toward the continued development of Doulos.

■   DOULOS PROJECT. Teams will spend one, possibly two days, on a light construction or maintenance project on Doulos Campus.
■   COMMUNITY PROJECT. Teams will spend one day serving in the community in a project related to their expedition.
■   OPERATIONS. This gift contributes to the day to day costs of running a school and helps to offset student tuition rates.

Any remaining funds will be used for capital development or general maintenance projects.

■    BEACH. All transportation, lodging, and meal costs are outside of per diem.
■    ECOTOURISM. Adventure activities are available inside and outside of Jarabacoa. Cost is dependent on distance and activity. There are select activities that are within the per diem budget.
